2012 Honda Civic Si Race car
Honda is still planning to be active in grassroots racing. The company unveiled the Compass360 Racing HPD 2012 Civic Si Coupe Race Car at SEMA. It also provided details about its new racing performance parts program for the all-new Civic Coupe. This car produces about 250 bhp at 7000 rpm and 185 lb-ft of torque at 5500, both figures significantly more than stock. The car made its debut at the World Challenge finale at Road Atlanta and will next race at Daytona for the Grand Am series opener in January 2012.
