It's a 2012 outside with a 2013 inside + the Si rims/tires and camera!?!?!?!

Whats the N mean, and why the mix in styling?

The new coupes have the same look as 2012. The sedan is what changed on the exterior.
 
Those are the same wheels as the 2009-2011 Si, just painted differently. If I remember correctly, Honda was gonna have a "Touring" package that came with those wheels in Canada. Maybe they're available as an accessory on the coupe?
 
Nevermind I just looked again at the Monroney sticker. Looks the the EX-L coupe comes with 17" wheels as standard.
