Hi guys I recently bought a 2014 civic touring everything was good until I did a factory reset on the radio, it restarted and it just stays on the Honda link start screen, did anyone have this issue? Or knows how to fix it I read online it’s looking for the software but how I can’t seem to find it online. If anyone knows please let me know thanks

You may need to test disconnecting the battery completely and then touching the neg/pos lines together. Then reconnect the battery and start the car to see if it'll boot properly. I see there are thousands of posts like this on tons of honda models. Most seem to claim they had to go to the dealer to get the radio updated or replaced. It's worth a shot
