Jus got a 2014 honda civic lx sedan and i have no clue on how to change the head unit. Can some on here help me ??

Are you wanting to put an aftermarket in-dash navi unit in its place? You'll need the ex/ex-l dash bezel made for the navi. You can get the bezel from collegehillshonda, or there are some replica double dins on ebay.

So youre saying that i have to change the whole dashboard to change a head unit ?

the plastic trim piece that goes around the radio

this is probably poor quality, but you'd need that piece for a double din opening. The ex/exl trim already has that opening for the touch screen radio
