2015 Subaru WRX Concept

Yeah, it's just a concept vehicle. You probably won't see an interior unless a test mule is photographed, or the real deal is unveiled.

Subaru will continue to offer its current generation WRX and STI hatchbacks and sedans for the 2014 model year in the States, while it prepares their successor that's scheduled to be introduced within the next couple of years. There aren't any changes in terms of mechanical hardware or equipment features, but Subaru did increases prices by $200 (it had done the same with the 2013MY).

The 265-horsepower WRX has a starting MSRP of $25,995 regardless of the body style, while the 305-horsepower STI can be had for $34,495 in four-door sedan form and $36,495 as a five-door hatchback. Prices exclude a $795 destination fee.

Those looking for more extras, there's a Limited edition of the WRX with an MSRP of $29,495 that adds leather-trimmed upholstery and high-intensity discharged (HID) headlights, as well as of the STI sedan that costs $37,845 and adds power moonroof, fog lights, leather upholstery and BBS wheels. As far as options are concerned, the navigation system with a 6.1-in. touch screen is priced at $1,100 for both models.

That sucks! I'm hoping they have something out by the time my lease is up in 2015. :(

I bet you'll see the new wrx in mid/late 2014 as a 2015 model.

2.0L. More hp and torque. Probably lighter. Double wishbone suspension. Front and rear strut bars. I don't think it's too bad in terms of performance.

I'm not sure on the looks yet and will need to see it in person. I don't care for the pics very much but the release video made it look better IMO. I do like that they updated the interior materials a little, which was my major hold back on getting one 18 months ago. I also really like the price point of this car a lot, but I'm just not sure it's what I'd be happy with as a whole package...

Also considering 2015 Golf R, New 2015 Mustang GT, 2015 Audi S3, BMW 235i....and anything else that may come out or be announced between now and May 2015 when my current lease is up (Mazdaspeed, TLX, More powerful Civic Si/Type R...)
