4 lugs rims to 5 lugs body?

hello, my friend is selling me his rota 16" but it's 4 lugs... i'm a bit worried about the conversion and rota wheels? is this safe?

My friend has a rota. I got excited when i saw it. But i heard things about the rims and the spacer or converter. That is why i ask, if that's safe. But my friend told me how much he wanted for it. That just cleard my mind. It's not a good fit.

I'm running gold 4 lug oz rally's and with 4 hub centric rings they're working just great and fine slight steering wheel shake above 100 but still feels nice and sturdy. I was lowered on skunk2s and took a lot of turns very quickly and absolutely no signs of anything bad. I got my rims for a ridiculously cheap price so that's why I did the conversion love em!

your correct. I think the body specs. that's why civic went to 5 lugs from 4.
