9th Gen. Haters!?

I hate those stupid 9th camry's... don't you? Don't drink the haterade :lemonade:

Obviously who made the remark has no rational arguments. For the price 9th Si delivers a lot, for the non Si 9th again for the price is pretty decent.

Two days ago a Camry V6 was very happy to go beside me at a light as if I was just slowing him down and he could not take it anymore. Could not resist to go for it, needless to say he was many car lengths behind before I changed to third... It takes more than the average car to overtake an Si so enjoy your car and just let the haters rant.
 
I don't know why I let it get under my skin. Kid that told me that couldn't shake a stick at the number of Si coupes I've owned. On top of that he drives a turbo Mazda 3 with plenty of upgrades that got its *** handed to him by my Crx. (Webby knows which one)

Personally I love both MS3 and the Si, and I own a 2.0 Mazda 3 hatchback and an Si. Sounds to me like just talking smack for the fun of it. I said it before though it is the driver that makes a car go fast not the other way. I bet a professional rally driver can beat faster cars on the same track. And in the end competition is great but your greatest opponent to always win against is yourself, I really believe that. If I do a better lap regardless of what others do, especially with stronger cars I really don't care.
 
It's like telling somene their BO, or breath stinks. It's just tactics to get someones goat.......... Like my Mother always told me, "Concider the source".
 
Well I know sometimes it's to get in someone's head or under there skin which most of the time is funny to me. But a lot of users on Honda-Tech and a lot of pages on Instagram people are flaming the **** out of 9th gens

No difference, just a larger audience.
 
Most of the 9th gen haters never drove a 9th gen civic. They see the massive torque gains and get jealous!
 
True straight line even the new Si (which IS faster than the old one) can't keep up with the ms3, wrx, focus st, and the likes. But lap times have proven it can keep up despite being low on power. And it is a few grand cheaper out the door.

Si is na as well, major drivability and reliability advantage.
 
Let's just say this. I had a choice between an 8th gen for 15k or my 9th for 23k. Test drove both. My buddy has an 8th gen, but I still went with the 9th. To me it looks better. Felt like it pulled harder and was nicer inside with everything including car tech.
