9th Gen. Haters!?

All you need is at least a HFP suspension and Dunlop Star Specs to beat those cars on the track. That's about an additional ~$1500-$2000.

It costs a pretty penny... but the HFP suspension did make a HUGE difference in how my car handled. I'm still annoyed that Honda didn't just include the suspension upgrades right from the factory on the Si's because it's clearly the suspension that should have come on the car in the first place. Not to mention it would have cured many of the negative reviews that crapped on the suspension system when the car was first released. But anyways... a suspension upgrade is very much worth it in these cars!

To me it seems like most Americans are more into the looks and want a powerful motor for straight line performance, more so than the S's . so that's how the market dictates. Would be interesting to know if the EU and Japanese market have a better stock suspension to offer customers.

While this is true, let's face it... real-life roads are rarely in straight lines. I need performance and practicality too for me to be happy with me car, lol:turbospin:

I agree, I drive like an old man (woops, I am an old man), stay at the speed limit(+5) on straight roads, but everything changes if I get on some S's, straight roads are boring. It seems that the peeps on the road fly by, then they are in the way when the curves start.
