No one submitted entries despite being tagged twice and the thread bumped. There were numerous months were we only had 2 people even enter their cars and barely anyone voted despite being tagged.

Despite everyone being tagged in the submission threads multiple times, there were months no one submitted at all. Everyone was tagged for voting as well, and we could barely get people to take 2 seconds to vote. Hundreds of registered users log in day after day here that never make a post or thread.
