As long as they're ball seat and 12 x 1.5 they should work

Ball would be considered acorn? Rounded where they seat on the wheel?

The last thing I want to do is spend 50-100 dollars on lugs and they don't fit/seat properly. Pro Civic's details on the lugs say they may not fit OEM wheels..

Ball seat are different from acorn. Acorn is the same as tapered and these are used for aftermarket wheels. Ball seat 12 x 1.5 Lug nuts are what Honda uses for OEM wheels so these are what you need.

It seems I am having some severe issues finding ball seat colored red lug nuts :P Oh well.... I guess I will wait until Spring to upgrade my wheels
