So we've decided on the backyard bbq dinner for Saturday night; so I'll leave it up to you. Out of these 4, pick 2

beef brisket
smoked chicken

I'll email Fontana with our choices, next I have to get the itinerary thread. So far we're doing a Friday drive into Georgia somewhere and the saturday dinner.
