The nice thing about starspecs is if they don't see freezing temps, they are just as grippy with <1/32nd of tread as when they are new.

Yep.. longest and most pointless trip on my bike so far. Heh, at least this one will have something worthwhile at the end

Sure - the journey to Hotlantis has been neato. Perhaps I will bring along a second motorized bicycle and another rider with me... we'll see how she's doing with all the trips we're taking this summer.
