This is the XL pictured below completely flattened out to get measurements.




Width = 1st pic
Height = 2nd pic

Small = 17x26
Med =18.5x27
Large = 20x27
XL = 23x29
2x = 25x29.5

I am 5'9 160 lbs. unfortunately, I am on alert so I don't have a measuring tape handy. All of my t shirts are mediums though.

It looks like a lot of shirt sizing charts I see online list mediums at 19-20" wide x 27-29" tall, so I guess these would be a slightly slimmer cut shirt across the chest area. So, you may want to get a large. I'm sure there will be some shrinking of the shirt after the first wash as well, unless you don't mind it being slightly thinner cut....then you could go medium.
