AC not working - what am I missing??

2012 Civic 1.8L
227k miles

No cool air
AC clutch does not engage
AC clutch moves freely
Both fans run when AC is "on"
Fuses are good
Relay is good
Coolant is full (shop pressurized it)
Dash thermostat adjusts normally
Max AC and AC lights come on when pressed


Is someone out there that has any idea what this could be? I lean toward the clutch but don't want to replace the compressor if that's not it.
Note: I know just the clutch can be replaced but you have to buy the whole compressor from the salvage yard so I'll just do it all instead of buying a little time.

In the first 8 or so minutes he shows a few things that can be tested for the clutch/compressor. This is on an 8th gen 1.8L civic, but the 8th gen and 9th gen 1.8 are almost identical.

i would make sure there are no codes first. a bad pressure sensor or wiring to it can cause the compressor not to turn on. if you unplug the compressor clutch connector and put power and ground to it you can confirmed that the clutch works. i assume when you say coolant you mean refrigerant?
