Aftermarket head unit in a 2015 civic SE

Has anyone changed out the head unit in a Honda civic SE? I am curious what was lost. I am interested in one of the new pioneer units with android auto since android support past basic Bluetooth is not coming.
 
I'd ask pioneer, but I'd imagine you'll lose info in the imid....unless they offer a harness
 
Do a search, many people have changed out the head unit in their Civic. You lose all audio information on the iMID screen, Bluetooth, USB, Aux in, steering wheel controls. If your Civic has a rear camera or lane watch camera, you will lose those too. You can buy a third-party steering wheel control converter to regain steering wheel controls. All other features are lost. If the Pioneer unit comes with a rear camera, you should be able to swap out the factory camera.
