The maple leafs suck. The green men (silly fans to antagonize opposing players in the penalty box) used the kryptonite of the leafs against them... eggos (waffles). An upset leafs fan threw eggos on the ice one night to protest their consistently terrible performance and it has become a symbol of their mediocrity. Enjoy.
