it can fit 2013 si sedan, you just need additional parts like every 9th gen civic in north america

just stop by any local honda dealer in UEA/middle east or many European countries, pay for the parts, tell them where to ship it

I really don't know. Mugen grill usually cost $350-450, front kit (half bumper type) should be $600-700 each plus shipping
UAE front bumper is $500+ shipping
