Ya, they will. Did you check the DIY section? Most people just tape it off and Plasti dip paint it. This rubbery paint can be peeled off if/when need be.

Yeah I have plasti dip. I'd like to vinyl it cause I want the gloss black to match the black part of the grille.

I did the chrome on mine back in July. It's held up well so far. We'll see about a Canadian winter over the next few months. That's the good thing about it though. You can just redo it. Definitely an inexpensive change in appearance.
