It's pretty good. But not comparable to Stone's. Lol. I like the 2XONE, 2XStout, 2XIPA, and Live the most. I still need to try the Gemini.

Sour isn't for everyone I guess lol I personally love sours. They've easily become my favorite style of beer. Which is saying a lot, because I absolutely love stouts, ipas, and hefes lol

I enjoy spicy beer as well. A lot of saisons/Belgian beers are pretty spicy. Chile beers are also good/unique but I don't believe that was the spicy you were talking about :giggle:

My new kick has been fruit beers. They give me that nice tart fix when I don't have the luxury of drinking sours.

Rubaeus is great. Just the perfect amount of sweetness that it doesn't become overbearing.

I haven't had Dogfish Head in a while. But this was a good choice. I really like this witbier.

It's supposedly a Lager, with a lemon citrus witbier taste. But an after taste of a Pilsner? Overall, not a bad summer beer.

70% Breakfast 30% Raspberry. The Breakfast Stout is already my favorite Stout, but this mix tops it. I'd consider the Rubaeus as a great summer beer, but this mix is definitely much better.

That's very interesting. How much would it cost?

I still have not started making beer using the Mr. Beer kit. I heard it would take 1-2 months.
 
The picobrew is like $1700. Brewing only takes 5-10 days to be drinkable. Lagers and other beers that need time to sit might take longer but I bet you could have a decent IPA in about a week. It's the standard 5 gallon brew batch size so any recipe you find can be used. They also want to have an online database so people can tweak, upload, and try new recipes with perfection.
 
Im keeping it in a cooler (lid left a little open) so it will stay cool.
 
I see lots of home brew dude buy old fridges for fermenting since you can adjust the "coldness" and they hold temp really well. Like mid 70's for lagers and such.
 
I'm keeping the container in the basement. It's around 65 deg so it's nice and cool. The problem with keeping them in a fridge is that it will be sealed and the brew might not ferment well.
 
I'm not sure that I want to spend $20 on a 6-pack of Gemini. I'll probably just buy a single.
 
I didn't buy Gemini. The store did not have them in individual bottles and $19.99 for a 6-pack is still a ridiculous purchase when the 2X line-up have better ratings and half the price.
 
For a cheap IPA, this is rather tasty. It's much better than Rebel IPA.
