Usually it's Section 8 server or Metro map with 2000ticket. <--- good if you want to unlock attachments on new weapons and level up quickly.

Check your chat settings. We used to text on battlelog without any issues.

It does it for other people too but not everyone. I will check them later. Nothing has changed (to my knowledge)
