BC or Redshift coilovers?

Hi everyone I want to buy coilovers and I narrowed my choices to ...... BC or Redshift ....... If you wouldn't mind share you experience and thoughts about them, which one is better and why? considering price, handling, durability. and if it was you which one would you spend your money on.

Well I have the Redshift Coilovers, And so far I love them, they handle well and ride well, Chris really put them together properly. No shortcuts taken, quality in the build. He uses Koni Yellows and Eibach springs for his set ups and offers custom springs rates as well. Chris knows his stuff about suspensions.

For BC I know we have a member who has them and loves them, I guess it all depends on what you like and your budget...Both are good IMO
 
Bc is definitely quality. I would have liked slightly stiffer spring rates or damper settings, but over all a very nice upgrade.
 
The Koni based coilover has a couple huge advantages... 1) is the big reason and that is the Konis dampers are definitely superior and work much better as a dual purpose daily driver and weekend fun car (where you want to stiffen the car on the weekend and it works really well) and 2) you can spec whatever spring rate you want. A good Koni based coilover will be just as comfortable as the BC setup when you want that but then the Konis can be adjusted for a weekend on track where the Buddy Club setup will fall short. And the key is that the Konis have an infinite (sweeps, no clicks) amount of adjustment; so you really can get whatever feel you want out of the car on the street, even if it's stiffer than the next guy might want it. You make it what you want it.

I would have to agree with Chris. I don't have any personal experience with either suspensions but when I do upgrade suspension I'm going with Koni yellows. IMO if you upgrade just the springs, unless you are just wanting to lower your car for the look and don't want increased performance, you are only doing half the work. There are two basic components in the suspension, springs and shocks (I know there's more as well but I'm talking about the basics) The other thing to keep in mind is that if you decide to upgrade the shocks later on after upgrading the springs you are paying the labor twice on the work, unless that is you do all the work yourself. I was going to do springs and sway bars but after looking and ready through Chris's website I've changed my mind and I'm going to upgrade shocks and probably go with coilovers now instead. The RedShift Motorsport website is full of really good information. You should check it out and read through all of the useful info.
 
so can I say in a shortcut

BC= good for the street as a daily drive decent in the track.
Redshift= good for the street as a daily drive and great for the track.

ok I've been researching more I found a brand KW every forum I look at all good comments but its around $1900. also found another brand ST everyone says something good about it and its less than $1000, it appears that the ST are made by KW as its little brother. The coilovers not out yet for the 2012 but they had it for the 8th gen.

its easier if I found 2k in the ground I'll go with the KW
 
ST was bought by KW a few years ago. And KW has 2 versions for the 8thCivic.... V1 non-adjustable and V3 double adjustable. Both are made from stainless steel (they call it INOX... a euro term used for stainless steel). Would like to see a rusty one because my impression is that they don't rust at all. Of course some stainless steels do oxidize (400 series for example), but I thought the KW was a 304 type of stainless and coated.... would be shocked if it did rust; so I'd be very interested to see a pic of that.
