Sunroof is out.. prepping for welding this weekend.
The complete assembly weighed 40lbs and after removing the actual sunroof piece from the cassette I was left at 11lbs. This is before any skinning of the material happens.

Easy way to remove weight from the highest point of the car.

I also ripped the front bumper and splitter off when attempting to get into the driveway ( was using 2 6ft 2x10's too) so I'll be designing a new splitter at some point and getting the bumper repaired.
