that filter costs them 2 dollars but they charged @bootyluvr at least $30 for the part and a buttload more for labor to put it in
 
Went yesterday to Honda and spoke with the Service Advisor and he got the Customer Relations Manager (person I was emailing back & forth). She was on her way out but told the Service Advisor the situation.

As the Service Advisor was writing it up on the tablet the Service Manager came over to talk to me. He kept apologizing for the previous service. He said he will make sure it's done correctly this time and they will check the blower fan area to make sure nothing was damaged.

He said my next oil change is free.

I bought the Accord from this dealership back in Nov. 2017 (it was a CPO). I don't have a driveway/parking pad (just street parking) so I typically go to this dealership for oil changes and such. So I guess they see on their records I've been coming there for a while.

As I was signing the paperwork with the Service Advisor the Service Manager came over again and apologized.

It was very weird that they kept apologizing. I guess they didn't want their surveys to get negative marks lol

It's not just Honda. My buddy works for Subaru and it's the same way.
 
I need to get some replacement wipers... :think: I forget which brand I got last time but they don't have the best fitment. Maybe I need to adjust the wiper arms or something... The passenger side was definitely close to the trim/edge.

Don't get me started... Somehow the Outlook App (work setup) isn't working on my work iPhone... It was working yesterday afternoon. I turned an alarm on for this morning... Snoozed the alarm around 530am and no messages.

* Restarted phone
* Reset Outlook App
* Removed/readded account
* Deleted App and reinstalled

It's like the app isn't updating... I'm using the native Mail app now.
 
I use the Mail App for my Gmail Account and the browser (Chrome) for my Yahoo! Account. Feel it’s less cluttered when everything is separate.

I liked how the Outlook App looked/functioned for the 5ish hours I used it before it stopped working this morning lol

What's up with the silent mode button? Like people couldn't just hold the volume button down for it to go to silent mode?
 
I actually prefer the silent switch. I rarely ever have my ringer on. When I’m using my work phone I constantly have to switch my volume settings between the navigation, media and ringer.
