and since other departments can't do their jobs... and I have to rely on them... now I'm post-whoring on here.

6 hours straight on the !#@!!@#$ing phone
sometimes, I seriously hate my job

dealing with customers that don't feel the need to seal and properly labeling their envolopes. sometimes i have to guess where the envolope is going.
worst part is when i ask them to properly label it they say "you know where this doctor is"

front lip and rear lip, gonna get the sides, probably within the next month.. On top of that, we're doing hid's and yellow drl's.
