If you are bummed out(like me) about having a light-colored interior here is a simple solution!

Floor Mats were purchased at costco and cover about 80% of the floor.

Seat Covers were purchased from here : http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001TYT020/ref=noref?ie=UTF8&psc=1&s=automotive

Here are some pictures!

I would recommend this to anyone who want to clean up there interior a lil bit! Only cost around 50-60$ total

this is great - thank you for posting this. I'm going to link another thread into yours because they were looking for various seat covers.

Stonetrooper will have to chime in on the installation for these. As for them fitting the SI - shouldn't be an issue... as these are kind of universal covers.

Nice job but I have a question. Which model Civic is this and why wasn't there a darker interior option?

Its the LX.. I was one of the first 10,000 people in the USA to have the 2012 Civic due to the Tsunami in Japan... They stopped production for awhile and there was a shortage of the new civics. I didnt have a choice on what color interior I got. But I was driving around a Car in Southern California for like 2 months that literally no one had ;)

They are really basic. You WON'T have any problems installing them no matter what type of civic.
how does the rear seat portion install... the part you sit on? Do you have to unbolt the part you sit on.. to attach it?
