Cleaning 'The Absorber'

Prolly 3rd time I used it and its starting to look like crap and smell >_>. Do you guys even wash yours? If so what methods have worked for you.

absorbers are meant to be washed in the laundry if they pick up any smell or get dirty. Just run it with your clothes/towels.. whatever. Ring it out and put it back in it's case. After each use, try to ring it out as best as possible. It'll help the "smell" factor.

Never have washed mine in the couple years of ownership Might have to give it a whirl....but like webster said....reg wash, ring it out, put it away.

mine was starting to smell like straight up *** so yea ... a lot of black dirt was starting to cover it so yea thats why i wanted to wash it

if your absorber is getting that dirty from drying the car, ... I'd take some more time on the washing. You shouldn't be picking up dirt while drying the car.

i go thru the manual car wash, dont got the money right now to buy supplies to hand wash it. vegas in a couple weeks $$$$

a wash mit and some car wash soap will go a long way.
