Listen to me..
I've owned an 8th Si, a Stinkeye WRX, and now an Evo X.
The most fun I had behind the wheel was in my FA5. Honest.
Any generation WRX is equipped with a **** box, split case transmission. Anything beyond "Stage 2" is a gamble, and the only REAL option is an STI Trans swap. Think $8k MINIMUM.
If you do decide to keep the Honda, invest in Kraftwerks, CT Engineering, or Full Race.

As mentioned above, it is ultimately your decision. The extra HP on the wrx is rarely used do to highway laws. I say keep, and upgrade your Si. Good luck!
