yayNEED MOAR SHINEY FOR MY CAR.
Solid aluminum dead pedal would be dope! But agreed, it would be unrealistically expensive.Wow, this thread is exploding with comments!
I don't have anything new to say, Arm0ged0n pretty much summed it up. I took the measurements yesterday and I'll be working on designing a prototype this week. I'll try to have the first mock up ready by Saturday so I can fit it to his car. If all goes well, I'll post up some photos. As for the dead pedal, it will be a cover. A completely new solid billet dead pedal would cost hundreds of dollars because of it's size and it would be very heavy. Better to keep the plastic behind since it's more than structurally sound enough and much lighter than aluminum.
not crazy... like $650.Solid aluminum dead pedal would be dope! But agreed, it would be unrealistically expensive.
Yeah I think i'll just go with a cover, lol. $650 to spend on a dead pedal vs. $650 to spend on downpipe and intake, or a catback.not crazy... like $650.
your call tho... :/ shipping would probably be $100 of that. would be like 40lbs hahahaha
i agree would be sick! LOL!
