People from Jersey won't understand that.
I have heard of PA cops stating some BS about flashing headlights is illegal.... I am personally glad to see tis FL man has won... I am one to warn people of speed traps for at least a 1/4 mile..

I guess I'm a d-bag for not flashing my lights lol..
Around where I live cops usually stay in the same spots to catch speeders anyway, I tend to memorize some hot spots. But the flashing lights ticket is really stupid..
