thought it might have egg in it or something, or maybe it's mustard on it/the plate
 
did you just use a spaghetti sauce on the chicken, or some type of pizza sauce... or ?
 
A can of tomato sauce. I didn't have pizza sauce. Any sauce would have worked fine. Thin pounded chicken, cooked in a pan. Put the chicken on a cookie sheet, sauce, cheese, pepper, mushroom, pepperoni, 350 oven for about 5 minutes to melt it all up. It was really good, and my first time trying that recipe.
 
Have you ever had Arancini? Italian rice balls, the center is a mixture of meat, sauce and peas, surrounded by a cheesy rice mixture, that is then breaded and deep fried. My mom made them for Christmas....If you can ever find them in a restaurant or bribe an Italian to make them, do it!

My family is Italian...but no I've not had them. I did have homemade baked ziti for dinner though :drooling:
