Welcome to the forum. Glad you like the car and that things are working out for you.
Also, you need 5x114.3 not 4x114.3
x9 +15 is pretty aggressive. You would rub for sure with such wide tires.
To bad about your wrx kt looks sweet! And ur civics pritty awsome to welcome to 9th civicHello everyone, my name is Alberto, im 23, i am a personal banker and college student and I live in Chicagoland (near Batavia, IL)
I had purchased a 2013 Subaru WRX, pretty much the car of my dreams, but life decided to b*tch slap-me in the face and my economic standpoint went downhill really fast. So i went back to the dealership and surrendered the car, and I was able to get into a 2012 Honda Civic Si.
It is not my first honda ever... my first car back in 2008 was a 1997 Honda Civic DX
Followed by a 94 Integra (worst decision ever, spent over $5k in repairs, eventually junked it and got a 2012 Lancer with 07 miles on it, then traded in the lancer for the WRX)
But anyways like I said, life was good, i had my WRX <3 but life can be mean and make you loose something you love, hah.
So now I have a 2012 Honda Civic Si... this time I plan on keeping this car for a minimum of 4 years.
As far as mods go I wont do "much"
- 6000K HID
- 40% tint all around
- Exhaust - probably the Injen axleback, I liked the sound clip, it sounded really deep, but if anyone has other suggestions, also thinking about the Greddy SP elite.
- Short Ram Intake.... the subaru is still in me, i love driving through puddles, so a CAI would be suicidal for me haha, I am looking for a SRI with an airbox with still functionality of the OEM ram air, so perhaps the K & N SRI.
- PIAA or HELLA yellow bulbs for my fogs.
- Continental DWS tires
- BBS look-a-like mesh wheels or Sparco Asseto wheels, 17 inch.
- Lower car, no more than 2 inches, either springs or coilovers.
- Spacers... probably 15 mm.
And I believe thats it... well more pics, hope to meet some local people too!
I'm actually gonna go with this LolThe RPF1 is a great wheel. 9" width looks way better than anything else I think. Concave vs "bubble face"
Nice find! I'll be ordering a set. $25 is much better than $45 for a replacement setDepending on the price of those, I've just been running cheapy $25 spline drive lugs. They have held up ok. I didn't expect much but at half the cost of others, a full replacement set isn't too hard to do.
