freddi's build thread!! finally lol.

Soooo, apparently the fuse to allow the fuel in was missing. Yes u heard right, missing. -____- it magically disappeared. I remember my bf checking the fuse box but this was long after trying to jump start n everything. $105 bucks for all the time they took to diagnose the issue and replace the fuse. I'm picking her up tomorrow. I don't think I'll go back to bay ridge Honda. "/
 
Yes. I think they jus didn't kno what it was n changed the fuse and didn't want to say that it blew so they wouldn't have to cover it.

This has all got to be covered on warranty....don't pay a cent.

I was in my Honda dealership yesterday to have a window weather stripping rattle fixed (I already took it in once and they said they fixed it, but made it worse). They saw my door lights and were trying to tell me the rattle was because of that....:giggle:

I knew it wasn't, but they were trying to get some money out of me. I refused to pay and they finally listened to me. Sometimes you gotta fight hard for what's right.

I kno but he's trying to say a missing fuse isn't on Honda. N I know it's cuz I'm a woman that he's making up the crap. I don't have the fight in me right now I've got so much school work. :-/ one less stress

FYI ......... If the hand brake is on before turning the key to position II, that will keep the DTR lights from coming on.......... Good to know if you're going to be messing with the radio or other electrics for a time....... will save the drain on the battery. .......... But, once the key goes to start, the DTRL will come on.
