Damn. Wish I'd get up there. I'm only 165 and benching max 245.I work with a guy who benches 430's and is 165 pounds. But he body builds as a hobby and hits the gym twice a day 4-5 days a week. He's up to 300 grams of protein a day from his shakes alone.
I'm currently hitting the guy 7-8 times a week.
Yeah no kidding haha I stuck at 395, I can do it clean but as soon as you put 405 not even half way lol mean kine failLol 405 is a lot. I'd say you'd have to push yourself real hard or cheat but anything is possible.
Yeah idk why they do it just to come big.I have a friend who did all that stuff in the 90s and now he is in horrible health and may die early.he really regrets all of it. It's sad to see his state.i would recommend that nobody ever indulges in that stuff.Last I heard he needs a heart transplant,really sucks man.ive worked for the big boys in the supplement industry before and there are better and safer ways.
