MASSIVE PROPS TO ADExternal!!!!! He spent around an hour or so with me on Skype trying to diagnose the problem. He is fantastically knowledgeable. For those interested, I am sending him my harnesses so that he can work his magic. He is still a little unsure on how the harness was able to alternative back and forth between inside and outside turn signals originally, but contacted the guy who made the harnesses for me for details. ADExternal mentioned an alternative, which is to just have the inside blink and have the outside as the parking light only. Regardless, he is an invaluable resource and I am forever in his debt.
