HID problem what part?

Okay we'll I'm reusing my ballast from my eclipse which I totaled and the ballast did survive but some of the wiring kinda flew/so I ordered a replacement bulb and now kinda stuck to what wire do I have to buy...

Like I'm missing the wire that connects to the right side and to the car... But I don't know the name...
 
You need a wiring harness with a relay also. To be proper and protect the system. Basically you need the wire that connects your stock headlight controls to the HID system. Without a relay you are subject to flickering and melting wires.

Harness connects to the stock drivers side headlight plug, to the relay, which pulls power directly from the battery, and then to both ballasts. A good harness will connect both R and L sides together and you'll be able to use your stock controls.

9006 is the connector type for the Low beams.

I can't tell from that pic what type of connection the ballast has that the harness would plug into.They are definitely missing a wire. I think the one you posted would work but I just can't tell.

It's hard to tell from your ballast, but is the connection like an oval shape like the one below? Yours just may be turned 90 degrees from this one pictured.
