Honda CVT Fill Plug

Okay so I cleaned out the pressure plug and did a drain and fill with no success. The fill plug popps off every so often.

Called honda and they wanted me to come in to check it out and said there is no recall on my car model regarding that issue. Ugh.

I wonder if the issue is the plug itself?

I have two 2015 Civic Lx and haven’t seen this problem. One of them I bought brand new off the truck.
