How do I wire in a led strip?

How do you want the led strips to function? Depending on how you want the to turn on/off will dictate how you wire them.

I want to tap into the parking brake/turn signal I just have no idea how to do this I have no experience with wiring

you need to solder the wires, or you can use something called a t-tap. You can find them at places like autozone or similar stores.

Ok, so I guess the red and white wires are for the parking light positive, yellow is for the directional positive, and Black is for the parking light ground. So is that what I use the t taps for?

the wires from the led strip have to be connected by either soldering them or t-tapping them into your parking light ground/power. Do you have a link to what you purchased, or what exactly you're holding in the 2nd picture you uploaded? I can't read it or see what it says.
