How does the Vtec work ?

I have a Vtec MC and I know how the mc works, It's a V-4 with 4 valves to each cylinder, it runs on 2 valves for each cyl until the rpm's reach 6700 then all 4 valves kick in.
I'd like to know the same for the coupes Vtec, if someone can explain it to me...... Thx.

Thx for the Video, that pretty well covers what I needed to know, A little more involved than my bike but I understand what it was saying, The salesman told me but it didn't come out as well as the vid'.
