How fast is a Formula 1 car? Video

I watched in Top Gear that in F1, you have to maintain a high enough speed for the downforce entering a corner. If not you'll lose traction and spin out.

there is also one out there with David Coulthard driving a Mercedes vs a B class and a SLS same ideea. Could not find a good quality of it.
 
I have a new appreciation for the sheer speed of F1 cars. It doesn't look that fast on t.v. I really have to go the next Montreal Grand Prix. Can't believe I've never been. It's only 2 hours down the highway for me.
 
And this is why Formula 1 is my favorite sport to watch. Making sure I make it to Austin next year.
 
What do these 2 guys do? I have watched a couple times and can't figure it out.

They are family members on the pay roll...... :D

Looks like the far left one is a back-up jack, and the arrowed right one could be a fire putter outer(but not sure).
