Take a fever reducer. It should help, the fever is probably not coming thru on ur skin. I have those more than a traditional fever. The shivers are the worst.

It ended up calming down on its own, thankfully. Robert was feeling my forehead and everything seemed fine. I hate when I get these..they're the worst Although I'm known to spike fevers quickly up to 105.5 :|
