2 3 and 4 remove, not needed. 1 connects to 8. 5 and 12 ground where ever you want close the where you are mounting your ballasts. 7 power, i went straight to the battery. 6 stock plug from low beam on drivers side. 9 10 and 11 dont need.

so 5 and 12 any bolt on the chassis I tight it with.

The relays are the clear boxes on top of the orange holder.

Pull the relays off and put Dielectric grease on all the holes. Then use electrical tape around the relay and the holder to try and keep water out of that area. Also pull the small fuse out of the red plastic fuse holder and put the grease in there also, I recommend putting the fuse back in and then also packing that box with grease and taping it.

The wires on the bottom of the fuse holder have a tendency to de-pin and pull out easily. Using some type of sealant would not be a bad idea on those to hold them to the red box.

Use dielectric grease on every connection, except the grounds. I also used silicone sealant on the bottom of the relay holder around each wire to try and seal them better as well. In the center of the holders where the 4 wires go into the orange part there is an open hole. Seal it.

Electrical tape on the ends of all of the sleeving. It has a tendency to pull back.

Check #5, 7, & 12. If you can see exposed wire: Put a dot of sealant over it. If moisture can get in there it will and it can cause the wire to corrode.

Ho hum... looks like I'm going to go make a DIY fix up that harness.
