Just that! If I ever were to buy you a drink, what would it be? Personally I love my rum and coke especially Capt'n N Coke!

Fun little thread to learn about people, hope you all respond! Cheers:corona:

Cold water in plastic bottle is good for me. But if I'm not leaving my house for the night then ice cold Samuel Adams or Pilsner.:wink1:

I rarely drink alcoholic beverages.

As for Hard drinks, my choice is Dewar's(and I have an Irish back ground) ..........
Ale/beer class, I like dark ale's, and light ale's.... Newcastle, & Bass ......

In the late 60's I was invited by a friend of mine who was a bartender at my NCO club on the base in England, to come by while he was on bar duty and he was going to give me two shots every day Mon-Fri for free, but if I missed a day I had to pay for all of them......... I had previously told him of my issue with trying to find a drink that I could buy no mater where I was, and it seemed like every country I went to made drinks differently....... So my B-Tender friend got me to drink Scotch which at the time I couldn't stand the taste of, but after a week I was ready to hit the Pub & Disco trail, and I've been drinking Scotch ever since..........

His point was if I order it straight, they can't mess it up......... and a side note was, without drinking all the sugar that's added in mixed drinks I would not have a hangover in the mornings......

El Dorado 12yr Rum or.....

Samichlaus!!!

Austrian Strong Beer....

Nice. I wish I liked scotch I have fallen in love with quality aged tequila. Ive also heard if you drink 6oz of water per beer or shot u can eliminate waking up with a hangover

I hardly ever drink anymore but either Jack and coke, rum and coke, or a three wiseman.
I have not acquired a taste for beer, so I rarely ever consume one.

I'm with you on the beer acquired taste, never have gotten it. The only beer I drink like it's water (technically not a beer to most) is Redds Strawberry Ale.

I'll have to make a list of everyone's drink of choice and bring each person one the next dragon meet! I'm liken the variety in tastes

You should try Makers Mark and Coke, good stuff. I would say that's my go to drink if I'm not drinking beer.

I don't have a particular beer. I visit the different breweries in Charlotte(we have 17 now) and try different ones. Tend to stay away from pale ales.

Currently sitting in line to get into the Guiness Storehouse in Dublin Ireland. Super stoked to be out here!!!

Wow man thats awesome! Did it taste different?
Someone asked me the same yesterday. I can't say as i haven't had Guinness in a long time in the states.

Just scored a rare bourbon this morning. They had a very very small release and I got an early tip on when to show up. If you've ever heard of Pappy Van Winkle, this is the same bourbon with a different label and a much much smaller price tag. The taste is nearly identical. Pretty happy with this score. Only one per customer and they only got 6 bottles total at the huge store I went to. I think a few other stores got one or two bottles.

Just got my hands on this yesterday. Only have 1/3 of the bottle left ^_^

Trying to get the blue label soon!
