Yeah. It would be 2 for maps and the dome is just 1 light correct?

#23 in the cabin? It's ignition powered, so it should come on with the car and stay on until you turn it off. Don't know which fuse is the headlights...

First of all, welcome!

I have a kit from ijdmtoy.com

great kit with a remote and 7 colors

I would also say change out the map and dome lights
2013 Si sedan interior bulbs are all T10 size, but not a festoon
and I recommend just finding them on ebay, whatever color and style you want

Very very easy, you just need to pop out the plastic covers with a screwdriver and the bulbs pop out too
