Is the 9th gen 2012 Civic LX worth modding ?

Hello, I'm new to the modding scene and I'm kinda interested in modding my 9th Gen 2012 Civic LX. Is it worth it ? Is there a good market for it since all I can find is for the 9th Gen SI.

Hey everybody.. Just trying to see what everybody's got going on with their non-Si civics. Ill start with mine. Still stock except for 35% tint all around (wouldve went darker but NC law prohibits anything darker :thumbsdown:) . Waiting on my 8th gen Si axle back exhaust to arrive
