Project JsRCNFB6 will be gone soon to it's new owner, and Project AWD EG8 is scrapped yesterday afternoon, possibly another project soon. Genesis is also gone.

9th gen and Genesis are sold, to focus on my condo mortgage. Need to take care of that first, then I'll come back in the game later. EG sedan = rotted rear end.
 
9th gen is back up for sale! Buyer flopped last minute, his wife didn't let him buy it..LOL

I wish I kept the stock parts...and then again I never planned to sell the car to begin with but now since my condo's mortgage is my top priority, I have no other choice but to sacrifice both my 9th gen and genesis and save up to pay it off. It's going to be a good 1-4 years to pay it off. But I'll still try to be as active as I can here. But I'll most likely go a different route in the next couple of months as in car wise.
 
Surely there are some local people that could swap stock parts and pay for aftermarket. Just a thought.
 
Build thread update! Genesis is officially sold, Civic is still for sale! Sigh, no serious buyers too many tire kickers! Can't wait to pick up new project!
 
After a year and a half posting up "JsRCNFB6" for sale, I finally got rid of her in April. I miss you guys, I just popped in to check up on everyone to see how every is doing!
