Jiffy Lube caught by a news investigation team charging people for work and not doing it. Huge thanks to Joel Grover for exposing this fraud.
 
Reminds me of a oil change (lack thereof) I had a Honda dealership "do" to my 8th. I ripped them a new one soooo bad.
 
2 separate occasions 2 separate dealerships, 1st time they never fully flushed the oil from the engine and never put oil back in the car 2nd time they never flushed the oil but said they changed it
 
what did they say when you brought it up..? sorry we forgot?
 
They said my car must have had a leak and it leaked out which is BS because it would have been covered in oil on the bottom and they should have noticed. The other place apologized and gave me my money back but never again did I go back. Bunch of stupid hicks in PA...go figure
 
I feel yah civic drew the two time I did got to jiffy line I made sure to tighten it after they finished and of course they must not have strength to tighten it. Sure won't be goin to em again ever esp after this bs. Diy is always better.

Time before that I stood out in the bay instead of going into the waiting area and they all just starred at me like I was going to steal something. I'm guessing a guilty conscious and they knew they had to do the work with me out there.
