k24z7 K & N typhoon air intake

either have flashpro or a tune? You may actually lose hp. Vitviper has said the prl intake is one of the only ones making gains on an actual dyno with a tune.
 
3.5" with flashpro has been repeatedly the only way to gain HP with a k24. rest will lose HP or just for sound really. Also a 3.5" with no flashpro can cause damage to your catelitic conveter quick
 
K&N looks good though don't get me wrong, always a fan of them

Yeah, no. Independent tests cannot replicate K&N's marketing dyno sheet.

Best case scenario: No power gain
Worst case scenario: Power loss
 
Sounds good sells, but honest truth makes repeat customers. Not all K&N products are "stretching" the truth but research and testing has proven again and again what works. If they can make a proper 3.5" with a tune I'm sure it'll make power gains
