Knuckle Damper Pinch Bolt

Just trying to get some confirmation..the knuckle damper pinch bolt/nut would be the top bolt on the front suspension to replace if I were to add a camber bolt?

Not adding a camber bolt, just making sure that item in the photo is referring to that location.

Any idea if the torque spec (85lbs) is still the same for the 2013 models?
