I am going to the Richmond drag strip tomorrow and wanted some input on everyone LC settings. I have never launched my car yet but have it set at 3400. For those of you who have full bolt ons what do you have your set to? I know I have seen a few videos on here posted of track runs, but can't remember who posted them.

For the track I have mine set at 3,600 rpm's. I only have a cold air intake, down pipe and exaughst, with a tune. When I get the launch right she just gets up and goes no slipping or spinning at all.

Thanks for your input. I will be able to have two calibrations on my fp when I go up there. I dont have a lap top so trying to get an average of a starting point.

So I launched my car leaving work today and its way too high! spun ties for a good second maybe two. Gonna lower it 1k and start from there.

Come on guys I will be running against a bunch of local 8th gens with full bolt ons. I need your input!!

somewhere around 3500 is good, you just need to make sure not to hit the throttle too much or dump the clutch too fast or else you will spin, no matter where you set the LC

I'd say do what I like to do on street tires -- set the limiter high and ride it down (meaning let the revs slip down as the clutch engages and pulls the car forward).

Remember when your at the track the surface is not as smooth as the street. You will have much more grip. I ride my clutch out also as I launch. Don't just dump it.
