LED Bulbs for Brake Lights, Turn Signals, and Reverse Lights

What's the best quality to price ratio? I'm on a budget, so I don't want to spend more than $20 a pair. Also, are all LED 7443 bulbs compatible with the Civic's Tail Lights (2 level brightness)?
